Terms of Service

Mafiabot.me provides tools to connect a Telegram bot you control, configure supported game features, host branded subdomains, and access related Mini Apps and owner tooling.

Features available to a bot may change as the platform evolves. We do not guarantee that every role, mode, language, payment method, or premium feature will remain available forever.

You must comply with Telegram’s Terms of Service and Bot API rules. You are responsible for the bot token you submit and for all activity performed through that bot.

You represent that you have the right to connect the bot and that connecting it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

You are responsible for how your bot is used in groups and chats, including content, moderation, player communications, and any local legal requirements that apply to your community.

You must not use the platform for spam, abuse, malware, unauthorized scraping, attempts to disrupt other bots or infrastructure, or any illegal activity.

Keep your bot token secret. If a token is leaked, revoke it in BotFather and reconnect a new token.

Subdomain slugs are assigned for platform routing. Reserved names may be blocked. We may reclaim or change a slug if required for security, trademark, abuse, or operational reasons.

You must not use branding that impersonates Mafiabot.me, Telegram, or another person or service in a misleading way.

If you enable or use paid features or user payments through supported flows, you agree that amounts, currency, refunds, and processor rules are governed by the applicable payment flow and processor terms.

Platform bonuses or revenue-share features, if offered, are described in the product UI at the time they are available and may be updated with notice in the product.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform for maintenance, security, or product changes.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on mafiabot.me. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for losses arising from Telegram outages, misuse of your bot token, actions of your bot’s end users, or configuration choices you make. Our aggregate liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.

You may stop using the platform and request removal of your connected bot. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk to the platform or others, or if required by law.
